How you can pay, and why we will never ask you to send money outside checkout.

Ways to pay

  • Debit or credit card — processed by our payment provider inside checkout. We never see or store your card number.
  • Digital wallets — where offered by the checkout provider at payment time.

How you’ll ever be asked to pay

Inside checkout, and nowhere else. That is the only way.

We will never ask you to send money by wire transfer, gift card, or any account that is not RULERTRUST LLC’s own payment processor. If someone contacts you claiming to be from Ruler Trust and asks for payment outside checkout, it is not us — please report it to sales@rulertrust.com.

If you cancel

Cancel before dispatch and your payment is refunded in full to the card or account it came from, within three business days. After dispatch, the order falls under the standard returns policy.

Pricing and tax

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery is added separately and is shown in your bag before checkout — see delivery and charges.
