When the contract forms

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you complete checkout. If a product turns out to be unavailable between those two points, we tell you and refund your payment in full.

Pricing errors

If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will not dispatch and then demand more money.

Descriptions and specifications

We state materials, capacities and dimensions as measured on the samples we hold. Manufacturing tolerance means a stated dimension may vary by up to 5%. Colours vary between screens. If an item differs from its stated specification by more than that tolerance, it is faulty and the returns policy applies at our cost.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout — see the payment policy. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment.

Delivery

Dispatch is within 2 business days. Transit times quoted on the delivery page are the courier’s estimates and are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

30 days from delivery, refunded to the original payment method. The full conditions are on the returns page and form part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
