What it costs

  • Free on orders of $35.00 or more, anywhere in the contiguous United States.
  • $4.99 flat below that. Not per item, not per pound — one charge per order.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 2 business days of the order being confirmed. Carrier transit is then typically two to three days for the East Coast and three to five days elsewhere in the US. Those are the carrier’s numbers, not a promise we control, so we quote them as a range rather than a guarantee.

You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for three days, contact us and we will chase it — you should not have to.

If something arrives damaged

If an item is broken or the wrong thing has arrived, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We send a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This sits outside the standard 30-day return window and there is no restocking charge.

We currently ship within the United States only. If checkout will not accept your address, contact us and we will let you know if that changes.
